Husband's Birthday Card

My Husband's Birthday was on Dec 31st and this is the card I made for him.

Supplies Used

Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Natural White

Stamp Sets: Retired Noble Deer,

Misc: Clear Scallop Die, Wood Sheets died with Bravo Burgundy re-inker to look like stained wood, Black Embossing Powder

Ink: Markers, Ballet Blue, Always Artichoke

Hope you like it. He did he is a big time hunter and likes all the outdoors stamp sets.

Thinking of You!!

I made this card for my SIL who is going through a rough spot and I wanted to cheer her up. I like using this technique that I call floating re-inker because it looks like I can watercolor which I can not . To see how to do this technique stop by one of my favorite blogs www.pattystamps.com and she has a tutorial posted on her blog how to create this look.
Supplies I used:
Card Stock:- Melon Mambo, Rich Razzelberry, Shimmery White, Natural White
Ink- Versamark, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzelberry,
Designer Paper- Raspberry Lemonade
Misc- White Embossing Powder, Spray bottle with water, Heat Gun, Water Pen, Always Artichoke Grosgrain, Eyelet Border Punch, Matchbox Big Shot Die (for tag)
Stamp Sets Used- Great Friend, Fifth Avenue Floral

FIrst Valentine's Day Card of the Year!

I made this card for a swap I joined. Hope you like it.

Card Stock: Chocolate Chip base
Regal Rose 4" by 5.25" Embossed with the new Polka Dot Embossing Folder from the Occasion Mini
Pretty In Pink -using the Embosslit Scalloped Hearts of Hearts from the occasion mini
Very Vanilla - using the Embosslit Scalloped Heartsof Hearts from the occasion mini

Rose Red - using the Embosslit Scalloped Hearts of Hearts from the occasion mini and I punched out a heart with the heart punch also
Natural White for the stamped hearts from the I {heart} Hearts Clear mount stamp set also from the occasion mini and the stamped saying from tiny wishes stamp set.

Ink used - Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose
Embellishments - Very Vanilla grosgrain ribbon, rose red grosgrain ribbon, stampin dimensional.

GOOD NEIGHBOR SAB SWAP CARD

I made this card for a SAB swap I was in and used the clear mount stamps I really like the clear mount stamps but looks a little like I will have to learn how to use my Stamp a Ma Jig so my roofs don't float. The color inspiration was from Jan Tinks article in our Stampin Success magazine that demos get each month. I didn't have the stamp set she used but I had the colors.

Another MDS Card

My baby brother turned 40 this last tuesday so this is the card I made for him. I find it hard to come up with masculine cards but I think this turned out ok! What do you think?
